bauMax

On Thursday 11th of November 2008 in Prague 9 - Letňany (Veselská 721) a new bauMax store was opened to the public. It is the 24th store in the Czech Republic. The floor space totals 12,000 sq. m., the number of employees is 90.

The sales strategy reflects the concept of four color worlds, which among other things enables better orientation. Items related with the garden are at the client’s disposal in the department marked with a green color, building items are marked in blue, accommodation items in lilac, and tools and implements in orange.

Services

At their disposal clients have various departments, e.g. the picture-framing department, the paint-mixing department, wood-cutting / joiner’s shop, delivery by taxi, trailer and tool rental, and other services – e.g. the possibility to make use of the bauMax client card. Other bonuses include the money-back guarantee and financial services.
